Comfortable setting in the downtown area, next to the best bookstore, shoe store & brew pub in the area. Classic queen room with the shower is a tub.

The location was very central, just next door to a nearby grocery store, a downtown that appears to be struggling, and the bus stop. The room was nice, there were central heating, coffee/tea making equipment, and a TV. The staff were all wonderful and lovely.

A fine historical place, if only the walls could speak. Updated without destrying the character of the buiding. Clean and comfortable.

Lovely and cool place. Welcoming, tidy rooms complete with an oscillating fan, cute balcony, for instance. Lovely area, very central location so close to the old downtown area, decent restaurants, coffee shops, bars, a bookstore, a spa, and a natural soap store, and early 1900' Canada. A wide array of food in the hotel, attached restaurant.
No breakfast at all.

Delightful and extremely spacious rooms with private bathrooms. Great location next to the Prospera center, the revitalized downtown and decent restaurants, coffee shops, bars, a bookstore, a spa, and a natural soap store all a short walk away. Also, in the wonderful Cafe.

Great bathroom with a tub 🛁, and the beds were really quiet. The location was amazing, although the neighborhood seemed a bit iffy.

Good price & location. City centre location was great.
We felt that the mattress sagged a bit - not firm at all. That made for a bit of an uncomfortable sleep.

Clean, comfortable room. Enjoyed the historic nature of the hotel. Our room was "modern," which suited us for this stay. A "hospitality suite" provided an area for coffee, hot water and a communal refrigerator.
The shower stall needs a way to have the curtain tied in place so it doesn't impinge on your personal space. Noise travels very easily from hallway into rooms; you can hear everything, especially door slams (there's no easy way to close door quietly from the outside).

The location is very central, and there are separate rooms with TVs, antique furniture, and a separate bedroom.

The fact that it was 104 years old and had a lot character and original features.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. It was like being a part of history. The old building had lots of character, with creaky floorboards and wooden panels everywhere. The staff was amazing and showed love and affection to my service dog. The room was great and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The location was perfect for easy navigation to all my destinations. The price was low, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel.
Nothing 🤩

Good central location in Chilliwack, and the history of the building is quite interesting.
The rooms are extremely small, not very suitable for a family with small children. The hotel is very old, which also makes for very thin walls..it was also quite pricey for the size of the room..

The hotel had a great central location in the heart of town. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. I enjoyed the recently renovated and spacious room, and the bed was fantastic.
